What is new in Jewellery this spring?

The earth will regain its colours by the start of spring which will be on 20th Mar. Spring means refreshment, rebirth and gaining all means of life once again. It is the season that brings happiness and motivation to people. Many consider the beginning of a new season as a new beginning for them in life. Therefore they form new aims, goals, hobbies and changes that may include changing their style.

Jewellery is among the things that are changeable from one season to another. This spring, jewellery has embraced last season's notion of “Go Big!”, but with new touches & editions. The effect of 80s & 90s jewellery & fashion is clearly affecting the new trends this season, and jewellery has gone far to adorn bellies, ankles, waists and upper arms. The jewellery that is considered more suitable for young adults is reshaped to suit adults.

For example, the bicep bracelets are back strongly this season, and it comes in different metals. These cuff bracelets that are worn in the upper arm, bicep bracelets, are available in styles that can go along with a casual outfit or with a formal dress.

Another interesting trend in spring jewellery is chain-link jewellery. It is basically a gold chain that can be a chain necklace, a chain belt, a chain anklet or a bracelet that is linked to your clothes. It is a unification of jewellery and clothes in harmony.

Necklaces have become dominant this season, especially chokers. Chokers are bigger than ever and wider. They create a solid statement appearance.

Yellow gold is declining compared to the previous two seasons, but it is still presented in various jewellery pieces. Coloured gold, such as rose gold and white gold, however, are keeping their presence strong this season. Therefore, we may say that this spring is a colourful season in jewellery that matches the colourful picturesque we are experiencing this season.

Hoop earrings are still among the main trends, and they have adopted new styles. However, being big and bizarre are still the main concept for earrings.

As for Al Romaizan's new collection for the spring season, the "trio-colour" combination is our signature. We have bracelets studded with diamonds consisting of three bracelets linked to form a single bracelet. These bracelets are of white, yellow, and rose gold. Stacking rose, yellow and white gold bracelets are always trendy this season.

Another interesting jewellery piece in our spring collection is the thick chain of yellow gold bracelets and necklaces. They have a chain look and they are a bit tight around the wrist and the neck. This type of chain bracelet and necklaces are exclusive designs by Al Romaizan called the Monaco chain.

Chokers continue to be in our collection for this season, but with our unique touch, where strings of gold strips dangle down the main choker covering the bust line area.
