Terms and Conditions Nukhba Loyalty Program

Article One: Program Definition and Eligibility
1.1 The "Nukhba" Program is a loyalty program offered by Al Romaizan Jewellery Company (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") to its valued customers, enabling them to accrue points against their gold purchases in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
1.2 Eligibility for enrollment in the Program is restricted to customers who have reached the age of eighteen (18) years. Individuals below this age shall not be permitted to participate in the Program or benefit from its privileges under any circumstances.
1.3 These Terms and Conditions shall be legally binding upon all Program members. Enrollment in the Program shall constitute express and unconditional acceptance of all provisions contained herein.
Article Two: Program Enrollment Mechanism
2.1 Customers shall be automatically enrolled in the Nukhba Program upon completion of their first qualifying purchase at any of the Company's branches or authorized sales channels.
2.2 Upon completion of a purchase, the customer shall receive a text message to the mobile number registered with the Company, containing the electronic invoice and a dedicated link to monitor their accrued points balance.
2.3 Access to the points account shall require identity verification via a one-time password (OTP) sent to the registered mobile number.
2.4 The customer shall bear sole responsibility for maintaining accurate personal information and ensuring the validity of the registered mobile number to guarantee receipt of all Program-related notifications and correspondence.
Article Three: Scope of Application
3.1 These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all Nukhba Program members without exception or discrimination.
3.2 The Program shall be applicable exclusively within the Company's authorized branches or through electronic sales channels officially designated by the Company.
Article Four: Points Calculation Mechanism
4.1 Points shall be calculated based on the gold weight in grams as documented in the official invoice issued by the Company, and not on the total invoice value.
4.2 Points accrual shall be limited exclusively to gold purchases of eighteen (18) karat and twenty-one (21) karat gold.
4.3 No points shall be awarded for purchases of twenty-four (24) karat gold under any circumstances whatsoever.
4.4 Points shall be calculated on gold whether plain or set with precious stones or diamonds. The weight recorded on the invoice shall serve as the final and incontestable reference.
4.5 Craftsmanship charges, precious stones, diamonds, or any other additional components shall have no bearing on the number of points accrued.
Article Five: Points Redemption Value
5.1 Each accrued point shall be equivalent to one UAE Dirham (AED 1) upon redemption, in accordance with the redemption policy in effect at the time of the redemption transaction.
5.2 Points shall not constitute monetary credit under any circumstances and may not be redeemed for cash or transferred to any third party.
Article Six: Tier System
6.1 The Nukhba Program comprises five (5) membership tiers, wherein customers are classified based on their cumulative annual weight of qualifying gold purchases.
6.2 Membership tier status shall be updated automatically in accordance with data recorded in the Company's systems.
6.3 Attainment of any membership tier shall not confer any vested right or impose any obligation upon the Company to continue providing the same benefits in the future.
Article Seven: Points Validity
7.1 Accrued points shall remain valid for a period of six (6) calendar months from the date of accrual.
7.2 The Company reserves its absolute right to amend the validity period of points or the mechanism of their expiration at any time without prior notice.
7.3 Upon expiration of the validity period, points shall be automatically and permanently cancelled without giving rise to any obligation or compensation on the part of the Company.
Article Eight: Points Redemption
8.1 Points shall be redeemed exclusively in accordance with the options and mechanisms determined by the Company at the time of the redemption transaction.
8.2 Points redemption may not be combined with any promotional offers or other discounts unless the Company expressly states otherwise.
8.3 Points redemption shall be limited to purchases made through the Company's official website only.
8.4 Points redemption shall not be available in branches or through any other sales channels unless the Company issues an official announcement to the contrary.
8.5 The Company reserves the right to amend or change the available redemption channels at any time without prior notice.
Article Nine: Returns and Exchanges
9.1 In the event of any product return or exchange, points accrued against the weight of the returned product shall be deducted from the customer's balance.
9.2 In the event that points have been utilized prior to the return transaction, the Company shall be entitled to deduct the equivalent value or cancel such points from the customer's balance without recourse to the customer.
Article Ten: Misuse
10.1 The Company shall be entitled, at its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend or terminate the customer's membership or forfeit accrued points upon suspicion of any of the following: manipulation, misuse, provision of false or misleading information, or any conduct contrary to the spirit and objectives of the Program.
10.2 The Company's decisions in this regard shall be final, conclusive, and not subject to objection or review.
Article Eleven: Right to Amend and Terminate
11.1 The Company reserves its full, absolute, and unrestricted right to effect any of the following amendments at any time without prior notice:
a) Amendment of the points calculation mechanism or its criteria. b) Amendment of the number of points awarded per gram of gold. c) Amendment or cancellation of membership tiers or associated benefits. d) Amendment of the redemption value per point. e) Suspension or termination of the Nukhba Program in whole or in part.
11.2 None of the aforementioned amendments shall give rise to any legal obligation or compensation to customers.
Article Twelve: Interpretation and Precedence
12.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be subject to final and binding interpretation by the Company alone.
12.2 In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any marketing or promotional materials, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
Article Thirteen: Acknowledgment and Acceptance
13.1 The customer's enrollment in the Nukhba Program or utilization of accrued points shall constitute express and conclusive acknowledgment of their full and unconditional acceptance of all Terms and Conditions set forth above.
