On this day, fifty years ago, a unification of seven emirates was announced on 2nd Dec 1971. This new union included Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Sharjah, Ajman, Um Al Quwain, Al Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaima that joined by the end of 1972. On that day, Abu Dhabi has officially become the capital city and the late H.H Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the United Arab Emirates president. This was the beginning of continuous achievements and success.
